Shipping Policy

This policy applies to nassgrass.com, operated by North America Supply Services Inc. (“Nassgrass”, “we”).

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Turf rolls ship via freight carrier; smaller supplies and samples ship via parcel services.

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2–5 business days. Freight deliveries are curbside; someone must be present to inspect and sign. Please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and notify us within 48 hours.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided with your quote.
