Returns & Refunds
This policy applies to nassgrass.com, operated by North America Supply Services Inc. (“Nassgrass”, “we”).
Uncut, unused turf rolls and unopened supplies may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first for a return authorization.
Custom-cut turf, used products and samples cannot be returned. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
